NOVA's Conditions

You are required to notify us within 72 hours of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. Your return must be authorized by our office and must be received within 7 business days of the return authorization. It must be received in the original shipped condition. Shipping and insurance is your responsibility unless prior approval has been given.
